It is always easier to take the easy and well travelled road. Change is often avoided since it forces us out of our comfort zone. But just like strengh programs that need to be changed if we want to progress, or training plans that need to be updated if we are to race faster, we nneed to do the same with other aspects of our lives.

As I leave a position I have held for 19 years, I look forward to the future with all it's successes and challenges. I am blessed to be able to move on at the top of my game. Similar to the way I was able to end my college soccer career. In the last game of my senior year, I ended up with a break away near the end of the game. I was able to put the ball in the net, wallk of the field, take off my cleats and never look back.

I will leave behind a very capable staff that I am very proud if. They have made my life very enjoyable and successful.

The road less travelled wil often lead to many advetures, but thats what makes life worth living.
