I love doing camps. Maybe because I can spend a few days with athletes and coaches with the came committment and passion for the sport as I have. My impression of Louisville was also changed. I had never been to LV so  I was thrilled at the the great riding that surrounds this city.

We had a great time training and teaching on the course. I think many will be surprised at how difficullt the bike couse may be, especially if it as hot as predicted in late August. The swim in the Ohio wasn't as bad as anticipiated. There was a slight current, but water quality appeared pretty good.

The run course is mostly flat and fairly well shaded. The finish line looks to be a great pace to end the day.

To focus on teaching, coaching and helping athletes for 3 days is always fun. I always leave camps motivated to train hrder, and to become a better coach.

I left Louisville tired, but smiling.

Train Smart!
