After several months of retooling, I am happy to report that the new site is now up and running. I am looking forward to using the website to promote the athletes I coach and advise.

This site will be  portal to my coaching, teaching and writing. I look forward to your feedback, and hope this site will enable you enjoy training, and competing to your fullest potential.
